Eurobot ("the Bot") is a Discord bot designed to enhance the Eurovision experience by providing data on Eurovision entries and allowing users to create and store their Eurovision top ten lists. Protecting your privacy and data is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Bot collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.   • All data is stored locally on a dedicated virtual private server (VPS). No data is shared with third-party services.

  • Retention Periods:

    • Saved rankings: Retained indefinitely unless a user requests deletion.

    • Logging data: Automatically purged after 6 months.

As a user of the Bot, you have the following rights:

  • Access: You can request to view the data associated with your account.

  • Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data (e.g., saved rankings) by contacting us at hello@eurobot.app.

  • Correction: You may update any incorrect information by reaching out via the same email.

Requests are typically processed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR.

The Bot complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring:

  • Data is collected and processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

The Bot does not knowingly collect or process data of individuals under the age of 13 in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. Users must be 13 years or older to use Discord and, by extension, the Bot. If you believe data from an individual under 13 has been collected, please contact us immediately at hello@eurobot.app, and we will delete it promptly.
